Dependant on age and volume, our rates start from just 1% of the sum recovered.

Each individual client engagement is carefully assessed by our specialist team with a view to recovering the expense you may incur in the collection of your debt. 

As a guideline, the creditor may claim the following;

Followings its amendment in August 2002, The Late Payment of Commericial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 now allows UK Businesses to execute an 8% statutory interest charge above the official Bank of England rate fixed as at the previous six month period.

For example the base rate on December 31st will provide the reference rate for the following six months from January 1st to 30th June.
